About us
Why TBC?
Our primary focus is to dedicate our resources to the youth within the Sherrard School District. An emphasis on skill development, keeping the game fun, and reducing athlete burnout.
Development.
TBC is a program with Sherrard High School Baseball coaching oversight with full access to resources such as facilities and technology including Blast Motion, Pocket Radar, Rapsodo, HitTrax, and much more! All at no additional cost beyond player fees.
Community.
Our goal is to remain in community leagues in addition to QC-area tournaments. We believe in being a supplement and contributor to our communities and not take from them. Community league fees are included in your player fees.
Fun.
Baseball has the highest drop-out rate of any sport, with most children quitting the sport by age 14. We tackle this head on by emphasizing how to keep the game fun while achieving our goal of player development. Baseball is much more than shagging fly balls and standing in ground ball lines at practice!
